Ferries link Positano, Amalfi, Salerno and Capri from April to October. In winter, rely on buses and drivers. SITA buses are cheap but very crowded in summer. Board early at the first stop. Driving and parking are hard. Private drivers (NCC) are the easiest way to reach the venue. Villages are full of steps. Pack flat shoes for the days around the wedding.
Good group options include capri boat day trip with a Blue Grotto stop, private boat along the Amalfi Coast, path of the Gods guided hike, lemon grove tour and limoncello tasting. Most have private options for 10 to 20 people.
