Nashville International (BNA) is about 15 minutes from downtown, with direct flights from most US cities.
Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown are close together. Rideshare is the easiest way between them. Broadway is very busy on weekend nights. Pick a pickup spot a block away for rides. Most guests do not need a car unless your venue is in the countryside around Franklin or Leiper's Fork. For a group night out, a party bus or shuttle beats waiting for a dozen rideshares.
Good group options include grand Ole Opry show, broadway honky-tonk and live music pub crawl, nashville food tour with hot chicken, jack Daniel's distillery day trip to Lynchburg. Most have private options for 10 to 20 people.
