- Taxis are plentiful in Palma but scarce in villages. Pre-book late-night returns.
- TIB buses connect Palma with most towns.
- Mountain roads in the Tramuntana are slow and busy with cyclists in spring.

- Most guests come in high season (May to June, September to October). Set up a room block or share hotel picks 9 to 12 months ahead, because good rooms go first.
- Keep guests in one or two areas if you can. Shared shuttles and meeting points get much easier.
- Guests here mostly need a car or a driver. Staying close to the venue, or booking a wedding-night shuttle, saves a lot of late-night stress.
